Did you know there are bison at Golden Gate Park, San Francisco, CA?  Often times they’re mistaken for buffalo, but they are bison.  Fun fact:  today’s bison have been bred with cows to make them more docile.  There aren’t any full blooded bison anymore to my knowledge.  Let me know if I got that wrong.  Meanwhile, aren’t they cute?
